A publishing platform becomes operationally serious when Super Admins can control the system without opening the codebase. Themes, modules, widgets, navigation, media limits, AI providers, and user tiers should be managed as governed configuration.

That does not mean giving every editor unlimited access. Strong dashboards separate Super Admin, Admin, Editor, Author, Reader, and Guest capabilities so the platform can grow without losing control.
